Rowayton in Rowayton!

We named our coffee tables for our favorite towns and now we know why! This Rowayton table looks pretty great in its new home in... Rowayton! Do you think they chose it because it looks beautiful in their house or because of the name? Whatever the reason, it was an excellent choice! What time are cocktails served? We'll be right over.

Who ate my apple?

Mr Ed is checking out this `tini II in Savannah. We usually ship our `tinis via UPS Ground, but we can go with the flow if local tradition calls for an old fashioned mode of delivery.

A visit to the oomph factory today made us know Spring was here despite the cold wind outside. A bouquet of `tini IV's looked like a garden of colorful flowers as they awaited boxing lined up in the shipping department. Hopefully these will continue to bloom and bring a breath of Spring to their new homes.

Dorothy, we're not in Kansas anymore!

Look for oomph in the April issue of Traditional Home - page 36 to be precise! Not only will you see our tables in print but you can also see oomph at the New York International Gift Fair. There is a downloadable "tag" for your smart phone that will wisk you away to the January NYIGF complete with a mini tour of NYC all on a You Tube video appearing like magic on your smart (and we mean genius) phone. What will they think of next?

Preppy Handbook Revisited

Muffy - This table is for you! Dust off your Preppy Handbook and read where they suggest you should place your monogramed `tini table. We bet you'll want one in the Drawing Room, the Solarium and the Bath House. Where else would you put down your Bloody Mary after the Harvard-Yale Crew Races?

Spring Window Dressing

oomph is prominently featured in the newly dressed window of Sandra Morgan Interiors and SM home at 70 Arch Street in Greenwich, CT. The oomph favorite tufted chair in Parakeet and the oomph Newport coffee table in Synergy look tres chic and are stopping traffic. Stop by and get a first hand look - we think you'll agree that it looks oomphabulous!

The Artful Table Weekend 2010

The Artful Table weekend - "Discovering Savannah's Silver Lining" was held last weekend. One of the highlights of the event was a silent auction of oomph tini tables painted by local Savannah artists and TAG members (The Academy Guild). The auction and benefit party raised money for the Telfair Museum of Art in Savannah, Georgia, the oldest art museum in the south.

All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up...

We are busy revving up for our new website, cleaning house, taking pictures and writing copy...busy times for the oomph team but exciting as we continue to grow. Stay tuned and watch for the changes down the road.

AT HOME...

AT HOME magazine's Design District section features an oomph Essex coffee table in Van Dyke Brown shown by KL Design of New Canaan, CT. The oomph Rowayton table in Club Navy is highlighted as a Modern Classic. I guess we aren't the only one who thinks oomph is right at home everywhere!

Spring Morning...

It must be nearly Spring! The light in the morning is so beautiful on my oomph tufted favorite in Waterfall Linen...what a way to wake-up.

It's all in the details...

This time we spotted the details of our "Newport" table on the beach! This Bahamian beach cabana has the same apron our "Newport" table does and even suggests a similar color palette. Now every time I see the "Newport" featured in synergy, I will think of it as just the spot for my goombay smash.

What shape are you in?

The quatrefoil, our favorite shape, turns up as a window on a beautiful New England home. Architecture imitating oomph?

Phone Home...

Isn't it great when the kids remember to write? Here is a 'tini II in Dorian Grey that was adopted by loving (and clean!) parents. They were kind enough to send us a picture of our `tini happily settled into it's new home. Thank you for sharing!

Send us your pictures of our children - we love seeing where they have landed.
